Conditions of shipments and returns

How to order?:

When ordering you have to select the product you want to buy and then click on add to cart and indicate the number of products you want to purchase. Later, you can choose to continue shopping or finalize the order. Finally, this purchase must be verified by the seller (, since the prices and the availability of the products are valid unless stocks last or a typographical error. We must also take into account, in the event that a product has been exhausted, that the customer's order will be canceled with prior notice, or it can be exchanged for a similar product, if he wishes or return the money.

  • Deliveries:

Shipments will be made by transport agency, and delivery time may vary from 3 to 4 days, depending on the province. Orders will be delivered to the porter if they are very large packages and are palletized, the smaller packages will be delivered at home.

In the section of exemplary plants we have placed all those plants that, due to their height greater than 2.2 meters, cannot be sent by transport agency and need another type of transport (being necessary to complete a small truck, to reduce costs of transport).

We ship to all of Spain and Portugal. For our products to reach France, a higher number of plants must be ordered, since shipments to France go by pallets.

  • Shipping costs:

In order for it to indicate the transport price, you first have to register and create an account, or if you are already registered select the destination province (since the cost of shipping depends on the province and the weight of the product). By choosing more than one product you can lower the cost, since the transport price depends on the total weight of the products.

The products that we have in the offers section do not pay shipping costs, since these are free.


Returns will be made whenever the package or merchandise is checked in front of the carrier, and it is in poor condition. Otherwise, we are not responsible since the insurance is not responsible if the driver is not present to verify that the product has arrived in poor condition. Delivery time may vary from 4 to 5 days.

On the other hand, returns of plants that arrive with a crooked leaf, a broken branch, etc. are not allowed. That is not considered to arrive in bad condition since they are plants, and their leaves and branches grow back.

Nor is it a reason for return if the plant that we have sent you is not exactly the same as the photo that appears on the website. Each plant is different from one another, and therefore it is natural that they are not equal to each other.

The customer can request a photo of the plant to be sent before shipment.
