Large Ficus Bonsai

The Ficus genus belongs to the Moraceae family and includes over 800 species spread across all continents. A common trait among most ficus species is the presence of a white, milky sap known as "latex", found in all parts of the plant. Originally from Southeast Asia, the ficus has become one of the most popular species for indoor or shaded bonsai due to its adaptability.

Cultivation and Care

·         Repotting: Every 2–3 years, preferably in spring, refreshing part of the soil.
